Sandor needs to kill Littlefinger

Why? Does this have something to do with Sansa?
Need I remind you that Petyr has done more good for Sansa than Sandor?

Yeah, it’s a shipper fantasy that he kills Petyr and rides off with Sansa into the sunset and it’s a like a fairytale except oh wait we’re reading ASOIAF here so that really wouldn’t fit into the theme of the work.
I detest the notion of Sansa being rescued by ANYONE because it pretty much negates all her character growth. Sansa (under Petyr’s instruction, I might add) is becoming someone who can take care of herself, who won’t need rescuing. And then she’s going to become Queen of the North and fuck up everyone’s shit so there
I also, apparently, am the only person in fandom who thinks Sandor has retired from killing, which is why he is living a peaceful, anonymous, ascetic life. And for him to go back to that undoes HIS character growth. The dude lived for nothing but killing (and drinking), and after what happened with him and Arya, he was left to reassess the state of his life.
And I think it highly more likely that if anyone kills Petyr, it’s going to be either Tyrion or perhaps Faceless Arya. Though I’m still pulling for that bastard to defy all expectations and live out the series.

feel like the only Game of Thrones fan who thought it didn’t deserve to win this year…

#robb stark’s storyline #inconsistent writing #inability to adapt shit #stephen dillane should’ve been nominated tbh #they should submit him #idk

i’m going to go ahead and preemptively say alfie allen was robbed for the 2013 emmys

I’m sorry but, the whole inability to adapt thing? GRRM IS A WRITER ON THE SHOW. If they changed things, its probably for a reason. He may not be a MAIN writer, but he has a lot of say of what goes on in the show.

ALSO he told the writers and stuff how he thinks the series is going to end.

So it may not match up to the books but it might matter in the end.

yeah, I really don’t sweat the changes too much because I figure if D&D know the outcome then they might want to emphasize certain bits or eliminate others. I can’t even be pissed at them for “ruining” Petyr because whatever it’s TV and they always have to spell things out for the special ed audience.

personal opinion, I just don’t think ACOK is all that; it has its moments, but next season is where the series gets into FUCKING METAL territory so I hope we’ll at least see a couple acting nods.

(I still foresee myself complaining that ALFIE WUZ ROBBED though)
